Technical and administrative support is available to Design Unlimited users through the Customer Support Center. You can look for answers through the online knowledgebase, ask a technical or administrative question, and review previous support issues that you may have submitted. It is helpful to have the following information handy when you use the support center:

• Serial number for your program
• Your computer's operating system
• Make and model of your computer
• Video card manufacturer and model
• Video card driver and version
• Video RAM information
• Display settings, including hardware and acceleration
