CSi Announces Inaugural Release of Concepts 3D and Concepts 2D
New Offerings Complete CSi-Concepts Family of Products
Fort Worth, TX - July 16, 2004-CSi today announced two new additions to their family of products, Concepts 3D and Concepts 2D. Like CSi's flagship product Concepts Unlimited, the new offerings target professional design communities who need fast, flexible, and intuitive tools for turning ideas into precise CAD models. Concepts 3D provides affordable precision modeling while Concepts 2D uniquely provides a means to automatically create 2D drawings from 3D data such as native SAT, ProE, and CATIA files. Products are available for Mac OSX and PC.

Automated Drawing Capabilities
Concepts 2D is one of the industry's first standalone 2D drafting tools that is capable of handling 3D parts and assemblies in a meaningful manner. Precise wireframe and hidden line drawings can be created automatically from a 3D component or assembly with just a few mouse clicks, including those imported from other CAD systems such as ProE or CATIA.
