ASHLAR AND CSI ANNOUNCE SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT
AUSTIN,TX AND FORT WORTH, TX. –(January 25, 2005)–Ashlar Incorporated and CSI today mutually announced the settlement of the litigation between the companies and the resolution of their disputes.
Under the terms of the settlement, each party has all the necessary rights associated with their respective past and current software products.
In a joint statement, CSI and Ashlar said, "We believe this settlement is in the best interests of our companies and customers. This settlement resolves all legal issues between Ashlar and CSI, and allows both of us to move forward."
Details of the settlement agreement are confidential, and the parties have agreed to make no comments on the terms of the settlement beyond those contained in this news release.
